Inter Primo A/S

Inter Primo A/S is a Danish multinational plastics extrusion company headquartered in Copenhagen. It has fourteen production facilities in eight countries and an additional office in Norway. Inter Primo is controlled by Primo Holding A/S.

Inter Primo A/S has been using IFS Applications 10 as its group-wide ERP solution for several years. Upgrading to IFS Cloud requires an IFS Subscription agreement. The goal was to establish a contract that would be advantageous for Inter Primo A/S from both a commercial and legal perspective.

• Analyze the initial situation (existing contracts, existing usage)
• Discuss objectives (future usage of IFS (modules, users, etc.))
• Analyze the draft IFS order form
• Develop suggestions for improvements to the document
• Discuss importance/priorities with Inter Primo
• Several rounds of negotiations with IFS, including a review of the order form
• Contract benchmarking
