• Comparative and neutral assessment from a market and experience perspective
• Use of 2BCS templates and methods
• Joint development of a specification sheet using standard requirements from the IT Matchmaker
• Joint preparation of all documents required for the tender & obtaining offers from the four favoured providers
• Evaluation workshop per provider for assessment from a 2BCS perspective
• Clarify contractual issues
• Conducting legal and commercial negotiations based on benchmarks
• Documentation of the contracts
