Kay Brüninghaus

Kay Brüninghaus has several years of experience in operations management in various industries. He has proven project management experience (evaluation and implementation of ERP systems, production relocation, cost reduction, efficiency increase) and has successfully implemented numerous change projects (organization, processes, digitalization, LEAN, etc.) in multicultural companies. He holds a PhD in materials engineering with an MBA additional education.
